Greg Abbott explains the case against Obama's immigration executive order

Appearing on Fox New Sunday Attorney General and Governor elect Abbott explained that Obama was in violation of the "Taking Care" clause to seen that the laws were faithfully executed.  The Houston Chronicle has more on his argument.
