Nobody is pushing Thomas Piketty's policies to combat economic inequality
The biggest problem for the Democrats is that income inequality is highest in high tax states controlled by Democrats.  In states that rejected the Democrats there is more job creation and the middle class does better.  There is a reason why people are moving to Texas and not Illinois and New York.
