Partisan healthcare law can't be fixed
NY Times:
The problem with the law goes back to its creation when the Democrats refused to listen to Republican suggestions and objections and crammed through a very partisan bill with no Republican votes. They should not be surprised that Republicans don't want to do anything to fix what has become a very toxic law which is approved by only 37 percent of voters.
