Failure to report should result in a deportation order

Daily Mail:

Roughly seven in 10 illegal immigrant families released into U.S. fail to show up for appointments with federal agents

An immigration official revealed that about 70 percent of immigrant families the Obama administration had released into the U.S. never showed up for follow up appointments.
It should be considered like a default judgment in court when a party does not show.  Such a requirement would at least get some basic compliance with the law.  It is absurd that there is no consequences for being a scofflaw.
