A bad faith claim of bias against voter ID law

NY Times:

Plaintiffs Claim Bias During Closing Argument Against Texas Voter ID Law

The challenge to the identification rules, which went into effect in 2013, could affect procedures in Texas for the Nov. 4 general election.
I just do not buy these claims of bias.  They are an insult to the intelligence of blacks and Hispanics who are just as capable of getting an ID as anyone else.  Their real agenda is to make it easier for Democrats to cheat by using bogus registrations.  We have an administration in Washington that wants to facilitate voter fraud.
