It has a two cylinder diesel engine and a carbon fiber body.  The two seater is supposed to be on the market in two years.  There are photos here.

Greedy government slapped down by Supreme Court ruling

NY Times: States Can’t Keep Criminal Fines of Exonerated, Supreme Court Rules By a 7 to 1 vote, the justices struck down a Colorado law that required people cleared by the courts to file civil suits and prove their innocence. The ruling, in this case, seems logical.   The government should also revise the civil forfeiture rules.
