Emasculating the Iranian threat

Real Clear Politics: On June 22, in the early morning local time, the United States inflicted “severe damage” – confirmed by the International Atomic Energy Association – on the Islamic Republic of Iran’s nuclear installations at Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan. This marked a turning point in Iran’s war against Israel, the United States, and the West. One day later Iran and Israel agreed to a ceasefire following a 12-day battle in which Iran incurred extensive military setbacks and Israel – while suffering 28 civilian deaths and more than 3,000 civilians wounded, and incurring more than a billion dollars in property damage – did not lose an aircraft or a fighter. Many critics of Israel and the Trump administration remain unwilling or unable to grasp that Iran is the aggressor. This contributes to the critics’ failure to appreciate the lawfulness of Israel’s and the United States’ strikes on Iran. And it renders the critics oblivious to how Israel and the United States have advanc...

NATO responds to Trump support

Federalist Wire: ... President Donald Trump’s steadfast pressure on NATO allies has yielded a historic commitment to more than double their defense-spending target to 5% of GDP by 2035, a move that bolsters the alliance’s deterrence against threats like Russia’s aggression. At the recent NATO Summit, Trump’s affirmation of U.S. commitment to Article 5—the mutual-defense clause—reassured allies, with the president declaring, “I stand with it, that’s why I’m here. If I didn’t stand with it, I wouldn’t be here.” His leadership, praised as high praise from a president who called NATO “not a rip-off,” has galvanized European nations to take their security seriously, ensuring a stronger, more unified alliance. Trump’s approach, blending relentless advocacy with a clear-eyed focus on U.S. interests, has shifted NATO’s trajectory. His insistence that allies meet their obligations—coupled with the stark reality of Russia’s war in Ukraine and recent U.S. strikes on Iranian nuclear facilitie...

Chicoms accused of stealing US intellectual property

Federalist Wire: ... A Chinese doctor who fled her homeland after exposing controversial COVID-19 research claims that scientists from China working in American laboratories are systematically trained to steal intellectual property for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), raising alarms about national security threats embedded within U.S. research institutions. Li-Meng Yan, a Chinese-educated doctor born in Qingdao, China, asserts that Chinese scientists are bound by government contracts to pilfer U.S. research, technology, and other valuable assets for the benefit of the CCP. “Scientists getting visa from China to the US, they are visiting scholars. They have signed the contract with Chinese government to go back to China, serve China with whatever they can get from the US,” Yan said during a recent television interview. Her statements suggest a calculated effort by the CCP to exploit U.S. openness in academic exchanges. Yan’s claims align with recent actions by the Trump administr...

FBI accused of cover up of Chicom 2020 election interference

Daily Mail: FBI Director Kash Patel has dug up evidence the agency shut down an investigation that shows the former director buried proof China interfered in the 2020 presidential election . The Daily Mail can exclusively report that Patel plans to hand over to Congress this week proof that former FBI Director Christopher Wray lied to Congress. Specifically, he will detail to leaders how FBI headquarters 'recalled' a report solely because it contradicted Wray's claims under oath to Congress that China was not conducting a foreign influence campaign in U.S. elections. The FBI field office in Albany, New York produced an Internal Intelligence Report (IRR) that was published and then pulled back without justification, Patel reveals. FBI bosses at the time shut down this legitimate investigation into the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to shield Wray from fallout, sources tell the Daily Mail . The FBI was investigating at the time the existence of CCP-produced drivers licens...

Supreme Court blocks 'universal' injunctions

Reuters: ... The ruling came after the Republican president's administration asked the Supreme Court to narrow the scope of so-called "universal" injunctions issued by three federal judges that halted nationally the enforcement of his January executive order limiting birthright citizenship. The court's decision has "systematically weakened judicial oversight and strengthened executive discretion," said Paul Rosenzweig, an attorney who served in Republican President George W. Bush's administration. Friday's ruling said that judges generally can grant relief only to the individuals or groups who brought a particular lawsuit. ... Trump has scored a series of victories at the Supreme Court since returning to office in January. These have included clearing the way for his administration to resume deporting migrants to countries other than their own without offering them a chance to show the harms they could face and ending temporary legal status held by...

Sniper lit fire to ambush fire fighters

Daily Mail: A killer sniper's body was recovered after he deliberately started a brush fire to bring firefighters to a mountain before shooting two of them dead. The unidentified ambush killer was found dead near his gun on Canfield Mountain outside of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho on Sunday evening. His cellphone signal was used to pinpoint his whereabouts and law enforcement exchanged gunfire with the suspect. He was later found dead close to his gun, but Kootenai County Sheriff Robert Norris says it's still unclear if the sniper was killed by a cop's bullet - or if he took his own life on realizing there was no way out. The sniper's body was pulled away from the scene just as the blaze the sniper started began to spread across Canfield Mountain. The fire was first reported at around 1.21pm. Two local firefighters - one from Coeur d'Alene Fire Department and another from Kootenai County Fire & Rescue - were shot and killed while scoping out the scene. A third ...

Fetterman the smartest of the Democrats

Intercept: Fetterman Voted With GOP to Make Sure Trump Can Attack Iran Again Most Democrats rallied behind a war powers resolution in the Senate, but not the caucus’s most vocally pro-Israel member. ... “President Trump seized the moment — responsibly, constitutionally, and decisively,” said Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyo., the majority whip, on the Senate floor. “America and our allies are safer today because of it. The resolution from Senator Kaine is not needed — and I oppose it. If passed, it would prevent the president from protecting us in the future.” The strikes revealed divisions within the Democratic caucus. Progressives largely opposed the strikes outright, while some pro-Israel Democrats offered qualified or full support. One of the most full-throated boosters was Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa., who voted against Kaine’s resolution. Fetterman has emerged as a leading proponent of the use of military force against Iran. “Blow it up! Blow it up! I think we should waste what’s lef...

Investigating Biden mental decline

DC Daily Journal: ... The House Oversight Committee is diving into a contentious investigation this week, grilling two former Biden administration insiders as Republicans dig into claims that top aides concealed ex-President Joe Biden’s mental decline during his tenure. The probe, led with a sharp focus, targets the inner workings of Biden’s White House, raising questions about transparency that some argue were conveniently ignored under his leadership. On Tuesday, former Domestic Policy Council Director Neera Tanden will face the committee, followed by former Assistant to the President and Senior Advisor to the First Lady Anthony Bernthal on Thursday. The investigation isn’t stopping there. The committee has lined up interviews with former officials Annie Tomasini and Ashley Williams, while pushing to question heavyweights like former Chief of Staff Ron Klain and former Senior Advisor for Communications Anita Dunn. Even Biden’s former doctor, Kevin O’Connor, is slated to sit with...

Jewish Congressman forced off the road

DC Daily Journal: ... U.S. Capitol Police have arrested a man on aggravated menacing charges after an incident in which Rep. Max Miller of Ohio was reportedly forced off the road Thursday in Rocky River, a suburb of Cleveland. Miller, one of the few Jewish Republicans in Congress, shared details of the event in a video posted to social media, describing the encounter with a man displaying a Palestinian flag. ... Capitol Police deployed special agents to Ohio to work alongside local law enforcement, leading to the arrest of 36-year-old Feras S. Hamdan of Westlake, Ohio. He was charged with aggravated menacing, and officials indicated that additional charges could follow as the investigation continues. Hamdan, accompanied by legal counsel, voluntarily turned himself in and is awaiting a court appearance. ... I have never understood Jew hatred.  I have had many Jewish friends through the years.  Acting like a jerk can evidently result in an aggravated menacing charge in Ohi...

Trump backs Netanyahu

Headline Today: Trump Says U.S. ‘Not Going To Stand’ for Netanyahu’s Continued Corruption Trial The president again called for the charges against the Israeli leader to be dropped... Trump has had his own dealings with bogus corruption charges.  It is something that political opponents sometimes push when they are desperate and don't have a better political idea.  Netanyahu has been a good leader for Israel on both the domestic front and in his handling of attacks on the Jewish state.

Gavin Newsom's alleged ties to Chicoms

Blaze: ... Newsom was criticized for missing an opportunity to address a pressing public health crisis, but Schweizer says his refusal to “finger-point” stems from his deep ties to China, which he’s reluctant to jeopardize. “His history is a long association with Chinese organized crime figures,” he says. “When he was mayor of San Francisco, he appointed as the head of Chinatown economic development a guy who was a dragon head — that is a mafia leader in Chinese organized crime.” Newsom also “gave taxpayer money from San Francisco to [another dragon head’s] nonprofit,” and “he had on his transition team yet another guy who was involved with Chinese organized crime who went to jail on a murder-for-hire plot,” says Schweizer. Further, during Newsom’s San Francisco mayoral tenure, “he also set up something called ChinaSF to bring China investment dollars to San Francisco.” To establish ChinaSF, he partnered with “Vincent Lo” — a man “already publicly known to be associated with Chin...

Democrats fund raising problem

Federalist Wire: The Democratic National Committee (DNC) is grappling with a mounting crisis, as former vice chair David Hogg’s ambitious Political Action Committee (PAC), “Leaders We Deserve,” stumbles far short of its lofty $20 million fundraising goal. Federal Election Commission records for May reveal a paltry $1.5 million in cash on hand, exposing the PAC’s inability to gain traction since its inception two years ago, according to the New York Post. Hogg, a polarizing figure among Democrats, launched his $20 million initiative in April to back primary challenges against over a dozen congressional Democrats he accused of being asleep at the wheel. The move was seen as a bold, if reckless, attempt to shake up a party already reeling from internal strife and external pressures. Yet, the PAC’s meager fundraising—$848,000 last month, with $798,000 spent mostly on operational costs—suggests Hogg’s crusade is more bluster than substance. Only $6,000 of the PAC’s recent expenditures...

NY Dems select a pro Hamas dingbat for mayor

Blaze:   On September 11, 2001, nearly 2,500 Americans were killed when two planes hijacked by Muslim terrorists struck New York City’s Twin Towers. It’s been less than 24 years, and now that same city has elected Zohran Mamdani — a “communist,” “Muslim radical,” and “jihadist apologist” — as its Democratic mayoral candidate. Mamdani is a 33-year-old Democratic socialist backed by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.). He openly supports the Palestinian-led Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement, refuses to condemn the phrase "globalize the intifada," and proposes rent freezes, city-owned grocery stores, a $30 minimum wage, and a Department of Community Safety to reduce reliance on police. All it took was 24 years for NYC to go “completely insane,” says Glenn Beck . Mamdani was endorsed and funded to the tune of $100,000 by the Council on American-Islamic Relations, which has been accused by multiple U.S. government officials, including f...

Noem ends temporary protective status for 500,000

Blaze: Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem announced the termination of Temporary Protected Status for approximately 500,000 foreign nationals as part of the Trump administration's effort to clamp down on the immigration crisis. Under former President Joe Biden, the federal government vastly expanded so-called lawful pathways to entry, enabling millions of immigrants to come to the United States. One of those pathways included the expansion of Temporary Protected Status, which was created to shield foreign nationals from deportations based on temporarily unstable conditions in their home countries. President Donald Trump vowed to roll back the former administration's overuse of the program, but faced legal challenges for attempting to end these deportation shields. The Supreme Court, however, delivered a monumental win in May , allowing the DHS to revoke the TPS program. ... Biden was trying to import potential voters to change the demographics of the US in o...

Senate parliamentarian trying to thwart Trump agenda

Federalist Wire: ... In a major setback for President Donald Trump’s ambitious domestic policy agenda, Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough, an unelected official wielding significant influence, has dealt a blow to the Senate’s version of the president’s “one big, beautiful” bill. MacDonough’s rulings have forced Senate Republicans to rethink critical elements of the legislation, which is central to delivering on Trump’s promises to overhaul federal spending and immigration policy. MacDonough has advised Senate Republicans to strip or revise 47 provisions from the bill to comply with the Senate’s strict budget reconciliation rules. These rules, known as the Byrd Rule, limit what can be included in legislation passed with a simple majority, a process Republicans are using to bypass Democratic opposition. The parliamentarian’s decisions have sparked frustration among conservatives eager to see Trump’s vision enacted swiftly. Among the provisions MacDonough struck are key hea...

Trump says US want stand for attacks on Netanyahu

Newsmax: President Donald Trump said Saturday the United States was "not going to stand" for the continued prosecution of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on corruption charges. "The United States of America spends Billions of Dollar a year, far more than on any other Nation, protecting and supporting Israel. We are not going to stand for this," Trump posted on his Truth Social platform. Netanyahu responded on X, saying "thank you again" and promising that "together, we... will make the Middle East Great Again!". An Israeli court on Friday rejected Netanyahu's request to postpone giving testimony in his corruption trial, ruling that he had not provided adequate justification for his request. In one case, Netanyahu and his wife Sara are accused of accepting more than $260,000 worth of luxury goods such as cigars, jewelry and champagne from billionaires in exchange for political favors. In two other cases, Netanyahu is accused of atte...

Vance responds to 'threat to democracy' nonsense

Blaze: ... It's clear that this mantra is little more than a political cudgel intended for those who threaten to diminish Democrats' hold on power. Nevertheless, its repetition has prompted some on the right to seriously reflect on that which actually threatens the American republic's democratic processes. In his keynote speech at the Ohio Republican Party dinner in Lima, Ohio, on Tuesday, Vice President JD Vance made clear that the apparent effort by Democrats to import and then normalize new voter blocs rather than engage and help homegrown Americans — to seek out a new demos as opposed to serving the current demos — is the real threat. ... The vice president stressed that illegal immigration is "the most important issue confronting this country" and "the most important issue that was destroying this country for over the past four years." "If I had stood here in October of 2024, and you had told me that after 45 days of the Trump administration ...

The Chicoms and the rigging of the 2020 election

Federalist Wire: ... Explosive allegations from FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino have reignited scrutiny over the 2020 U.S. presidential election, with claims that the bureau’s former leadership concealed evidence of a Chinese scheme to influence the vote in favor of Joe Biden. The accusations, detailed in a statement to reporters, suggest that prior FBI officials “chose to play politics” by withholding critical intelligence about a plot involving fake mail-in ballots. While these claims are serious, they remain unsubstantiated, casting a shadow over the Biden administration’s early days while raising questions about transparency in federal law enforcement. The allegations stem from a recently surfaced intelligence report, turned over to Congress by Patel earlier this month, which purportedly details a Chinese operation to produce fraudulent U.S. driver’s licenses. According to the report, these licenses were intended to enable tens of thousands of ineligibl...

Legislation would block temporary protective status for illegals

Federalist Wire: ... Texas GOP Representative Chip Roy has introduced legislation aimed at dismantling a long-standing executive authority that has shielded thousands of foreign nationals, including illegal migrants, from deportation for over three decades. The “End DED Act,” as Roy calls it, seeks to close a loophole that has allowed presidents to bypass Congress and grant temporary stays of removal under Deferred Enforced Departure (DED). This program, Roy argues, has been a tool for unchecked executive overreach, undermining the rule of law and America’s immigration system. The legislation, obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation, would prohibit the use of taxpayer funds to enforce DED, effectively stripping the program of its operational power. By cutting off federal funding, Roy’s bill aims to restore Congressional authority over immigration policy, a priority for the incoming Trump administration and its GOP allies, who have vowed to tackle border security with renewed ...

CIA says Iran severely diminished from US bombing

Trending Politics: CIA Director John Ratcliffe on Wednesday took the rare step of publicly defending President Donald Trump, claiming that the bombing of Iran “severely damaged” its nuclear enrichment program. Ratcliffe, who was appointed by Trump and is a former Republican member of Congress, has played a less prominent role in the administration’s public relations rebuttal of reporting suggesting that the bombing did little to stifle Tehran’s nuclear ambitions. On Thursday, however, he cited a “body of credible intelligence” suggesting that President Trump is correct to characterize Iran’s nuclear program as being “totally obliterated.” “CIA can confirm that a body of credible intelligence indicates Iran’s Nuclear Program has been severely damaged by the recent, targeted strikes. This includes new intelligence from a historically reliable and accurate source/method that several key Iranian nuclear facilities were destroyed and would have to be rebuilt over the course of years,” ...

GOP examines Biden's inner circle

DC Daily Journal: ... House Republicans have issued a subpoena for Anthony Bernal, former chief of staff to Joe Biden and a key confidant to Jill Biden, to probe whether there was a deliberate effort to conceal the 46th president’s cognitive decline during his tenure. The move signals a continued push to scrutinize the Biden administration’s inner workings, with GOP lawmakers questioning the transparency of a presidency marked by stumbles and missteps. Bernal, described as a fiercely loyal “bulldog” operative and Jill Biden’s “work husband,” informed the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday that he would not voluntarily participate in a transcribed interview. ... Republicans are undeterred, demanding his deposition on July 16 to address allegations of a cover-up. “The American people deserve to know if Biden’s team was propping up a faltering leader while shielding his limitations from public view,” a GOP source remarked. Bernal’s refusal to cooperate echoes last year’s standof...

Supreme Court lets lower courts know they are not the President

Daily Signal: The Supreme Court struck down a lower court injunction blocking the Trump administration’s executive order on birthright citizenship, laying out clear rules for courts utilizing universal injunctions going forward. The case, Trump v. CASA, concerns universal injunctions that lower court judges have ordered pausing President Donald Trump’s order interpreting the 14th Amendment as not guaranteeing what is known as “birthright citizenship.” The court ruled, 6-3, that “universal injunctions likely exceed the equitable authority that Congress has given to federal courts.” ... “Traditionally, courts issued injunctions prohibiting executive officials from enforcing a challenged law or policy only against the plaintiffs in the lawsuit,” Barrett wrote. “The injunctions before us today reflect a more recent development: district courts asserting the power to prohibit enforcement of a law or policy against anyone.” Barrett wrote that “the universal injunction was conspicuousl...

Trump vs. Iran 'Supreme Leader'

Newsmax: ... "Why would the so-called 'Supreme Leader,' Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, of the war torn Country of Iran, say so blatantly and foolishly that he won the War with Israel, when he knows his statement is a lie, it is not so," Trump posted Friday afternoon on Truth Social . "As a man of great faith, he is not supposed to lie." Trump wrote that not only was Iran "decimated" by the Israeli and U.S. attacks, he prevented Israel from killing Khamenei. "I knew EXACTLY where he was sheltered, and would not let Israel, or the U.S. Armed Forces, by far the Greatest and Most Powerful in the World, terminate his life," Trump wrote. "I SAVED HIM FROM A VERY UGLY AND IGNOMINIOUS DEATH …" Trump added that he had been working on the removal of sanctions against Iran but stopped after hearing Khamenei's message. ... Iran's Supreme Leader believes a lot of things that are not so.  It is how he got to be a so-called supreme leader.  ...

Supreme Court backs the parents against schools with LBGTQ agenda

National Review: The Supreme Court ruled in favor of Maryland parents who sought to opt their children out of mandatory curricula that violate their religious beliefs on Friday, after a long-fought battle by Muslim, Catholic, and Orthodox parents who objected to the school’s sex and gender instruction. The Court ruled 6-3 along ideological lines in Mahmoud v. Taylor that parents can opt their children out of public-school instruction that violates their deeply held religious beliefs for now as the case continues to be litigated. “The Board’s introduction of the ‘LGBTQ+-inclusive’ storybooks, along with its decision to withhold opt outs, places an unconstitutional burden on the parents’ rights to the free exercise of their religion. The parents have therefore shown that they are likely to succeed in their free exercise claims,” Justice Alito writes in the majority opinion. Montgomery County Public Schools began to implement LGBTQ storybook lessons in 2022 as part of its English la...

Trump responds to Dems' obvious pooping the success of US military

DC Daily Journal: ... The Trump administration is moving to tighten control over classified information shared with Congress following a damaging leak about U.S. strikes on Iranian nuclear sites, a report revealed Thursday. The decision comes as the administration pushes back against media narratives questioning the success of the weekend operation, which President Trump has hailed as a decisive blow to Iran’s nuclear ambitions. On Saturday, U.S. forces conducted precision strikes on three Iranian nuclear facilities, an operation the administration described as a strategic masterstroke. However, a leaked Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) assessment, reported by outlets like CNN and The New York Times on Tuesday, suggested the strikes only delayed Iran’s nuclear program by a few months. The report also noted that Iran had moved much of its enriched uranium stockpile before the attack. The administration swiftly dismissed the leaked assessment as incomplete and misleading. On Wedne...

Supreme Court rejects birthright citizenship

Trending Politics :  The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday sided with the Trump Administration in a 6-3 decision that will have immediate impact on the president’s deportation strategies. In a ruling that broke down along the panel’s ideological boundaries, the high court granted the Trump Administration’s request to stay a lower court injunction blocking them from deporting individuals to third countries without prior notice. The near-term win will allow for the deportation of criminal illegal aliens to countries like El Salvador, Libya and South Sudan. The court’s conservative justices ruled 6-3 in favor of the administration, with Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Ketanji Brown Jackson dissenting. “Rather than allowing our lower court colleagues to manage this high-stakes litigation with the care and attention it plainly requires, this Court now intervenes to grant the Government emergency relief from an order it has repeatedly defied,” Justice Sotomayor said. At issue was...

Trump increases effort to stop arms trafficking's in Mexico

DC Daily Journal: ... The Trump administration is intensifying efforts to curb illegal firearms trafficking and secure the U.S. border, with Attorney General Pam Bondi leading a robust defense of these policies during a contentious Senate Appropriations Committee hearing on Wednesday. Bondi sharply rebuked Democratic Senator Jack Reed of Rhode Island, who questioned the administration’s commitment to stopping American weapons from reaching Mexican gangs. Since President Donald Trump’s second term began on January 20, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has intercepted nearly 9,700 firearms that could have fallen into the hands of dangerous individuals in Mexico, according to a May 2 press release. This marks a significant escalation in enforcement compared to the previous administration, showcasing the Trump administration’s focus on disrupting illegal arms flows. What are we doing to stop American weapons going to Mexico to arm their gangs?” Reed asked d...

Dem shady fundraising

DC Daily Journal : ... The House of Representatives have turned up the heat on ActBlue, the Democrats’ go-to online fundraising juggernaut, issuing subpoenas Tuesday to two key witnesses as part of a probe into whether the platform was exploited by foreign actors to funnel illegal donations into the 2024 election. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, House Oversight Chairman James Comer, and House Administration Chairman Bryan Steil spearheaded the subpoenas, targeting former ActBlue Vice President of Customer Service Alyssa Twomey and a senior workflow specialist. The witnesses are compelled to testify by July 15, following their lawyer’s refusal to allow voluntary interviews, citing an ongoing Justice Department investigation into ActBlue, according to correspondence obtained by Just the News. “The Committees’ investigation has a clear – and important – legislative purpose,” the lawmakers wrote in a letter accompanying the subpoenas. “Congress has a specific interest i...

Dems likely to lose seats after Trump move

Trending Politics: The Trump administration is preparing to strip illegal aliens from the U.S. census count—a decision with massive implications for congressional representation, Electoral College votes, and federal funding. The battle over who counts in the U.S. census is heating up again as President Donald Trump sets his sights on reversing one of the most impactful policies from the Biden era. At the center of the renewed effort is a plan to exclude illegal immigrants from the official population count used to determine congressional apportionment—something Democrats argue is unconstitutional, but Republicans see as a necessary correction. Rather than reintroduce a citizenship question, which failed in 2020, Trump’s team plans to rely on administrative data from federal agencies to identify and exclude those unlawfully present in the country. This would directly target the way congressional seats, Electoral College votes, and federal funds are distributed—cutting off the poli...

Trump DOJ sues judge

Blaze: President Donald Trump's opponents failed to stop him at the ballot box, so now they are attempting to neutralize his presidency in the courts. U.S. district court judges have proven more than willing to help out in this regard, slapping the government with more nationwide injunctions in the first 100 days of Trump's second term than were entered throughout the whole of the 20th century. As of Wednesday, the New York Times indicated that 199 or more of the court rulings against the president's executive actions so far this year have at least temporarily halted the Trump administration's initiatives. While the U.S. Supreme Court has intervened in a number of cases to reaffirm the president's Article II powers and his exercise thereof, it's abundantly clear that the Trump administration is tiring of what White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller has repeatedly called a "judicial coup." The Department of Justice turned the tables on Wed...

First on CNN--Correspondent detained during broadcast

Frontpage: CNN national correspondent Jason Carroll was detained by Los Angeles Police Department officers during a live television broadcast on Monday night, June 10, while covering anti-immigration enforcement protests in the city. The incident occurred as Carroll was reporting from a protest zone where police were attempting to clear demonstrators who had defied orders to disperse. The detention unfolded live on air during anchor Laura Coates’ 11 p.m. broadcast as viewers watched Carroll being led away by officers with his hands behind his back. “I am being detained,” Carroll stated as the situation developed on camera. Coates immediately responded to the unfolding scene, asking what was happening as she lost contact with her correspondent in the field. ... Now that is a real scoop.

FBI steps up arrest after Trump election

Daily Caller: The FBI arrested 62% more “violent criminals” in the first four months of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024 following President Donald Trump’s return to office, Deputy Director Dan Bongino said Thursday. Trump’s FBI has arrested 14,000 violent suspects, including cartel leaders, child predators and anti-deportation rioters, Bongino announced in a Thursday X post . The former conservative media host celebrated the numbers as indicative of a return to proper FBI priorities after the Biden administration frequently launched politically-charged criminal probes. (RELATED: Biden FBI’s Targeting Of ‘Traditional’ Catholics Was Bigger Than Previously Thought, Docs Show) ... US beefs up border security

Washington Examiner: The Department of Defense is establishing two new military zones along the U.S.-Mexico border to support enforcement efforts against illegal border crossings. The initiative marks the latest step in the Trump administration’s strategy to enhance military involvement in border security operations, amid a notable decline in illegal migrant crossings in recent months. The two new areas, designated as National Defense Areas, will be located in Arizona and Texas. The Arizona zone will become an extension of the Marine Corps Air Station in Yuma, while the Texas zone will be integrated into Joint Base San Antonio. These zones will allow U.S. troops to detain people crossing into these secured areas temporarily until Border Patrol agents take the migrants into custody. The announcement follows the recent establishment of two similar zones along other stretches of the border. The military designated a 63-mile-long area in southern Texas as part of Fort Bliss near El...

Former FBI Director accused of coverup of Chicom 2020 election interference

Blaze: FBI Director Kash Patel announced earlier this month that the bureau located an intelligence report from August 2020 that detailed "alarming allegations" regarding an apparent Chinese communist plot to interfere in the presidential election for the benefit of then-candidate Joe Biden. Such allegations, if brought to light at the time, would have vindicated the concerns about voter fraud and foreign election interference then expressed by President Donald Trump and former Attorney General Bill Barr , which were written off by election officials, Democrats, and the liberal media as "unfounded" and "preposterous." Instead, elements of the intelligence community apparently covered up the alleged foreign election interference campaign. "Former FBI leadership withheld the facts and misled the public on China's 2020 election interference," Patel stated on Thursday. "And they did so for political gain." Patel noted in a separate ...

GOP responds to socialist nomination for mayor of NY City

Yahoo: Some Republicans are calling on Donald Trump’s administration to revoke Zohran Mamdani’s citizenship and deport him from the country as the likely Democratic nominee for New York City’s next mayor endures a torrent of Islamophobic bigotry. The 33-year-old democratic socialist declared victory in the primary after former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo conceded the race on Tuesday evening. The New York Young Republican Club reacted to the primary results with a “call to action” on X. “The radical Zohran Mamdani cannot be allowed to destroy our beloved city of New York,” the group wrote. The group urged the president to invoke the Red Scare-era Communist Control Act to yank Mamdani’s citizenship and “promptly deport him.” The club called on White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller and Trump border czar Tom Homan to take action. “The time for action is now,” the group wrote. “New York is counting on you.” Following Mamdani’s victory, Miller claimed New York City is th...

Biden's open border impacted Texas ranchers

Daily Signal: When Martin Wall and his wife bought a ranch in Eagle Pass, Texas, in 2021, they had no idea they’d spend the next four years defending their property from the Biden administration’s illegal immigration crisis. Wall achieved his dream of purchasing a ranch and raising his children there. But the day now-former President Joe Biden came into office, it was like he “turned on” the flow of illegal immigrants , Wall said in a video produced by American Border Story, a conservative nonprofit highlighting the human impact of the border crisis. The video comes as Biden’s successor, Donald Trump, continues to push for passage of the big, beautiful bill, which would provide full funding for the president’s border security agenda. Members of the Wall family felt like they lived in the Wild West, as illegal immigrants from all over the world, many with criminal records, broke into their home, damaged their fences, and stole their personal items, and Border Patrol did nothing ...

Democrat party bankruptcy

Federalist Wire: ... The Democratic National Committee (DNC) is spiraling into chaos, bleeding funds and fracturing internally as it drifts further from the pulse of everyday Americans. The New York Times reported Wednesday that the party is grappling with infighting and a sharp decline in donations, painting a picture of a once-powerful machine now stuttering under the weight of its own dysfunction. At a time when the nation hungers for clarity and purpose, the Democrats seem mired in petty squabbles and elite detachment, alienating the very base they claim to champion. DNC Chair Ken Martin, elected in February, has presided over a fundraising drought that threatens the party’s solvency. Major donors, once reliable cash flows, have turned tepid, leaving the DNC’s coffers dangerously thin. The Times noted that some senior officials have even whispered about borrowing money to keep the lights on—a desperate measure for a party that once boasted financial dominance. This isn’t just ...

Netanyahu says Iran behind Trump assignation attempts

DC Daily Journal: ... Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in an interview with Fox News’ Brett Baier, pointed the finger at Iran for masterminding two failed assassination attempts on President Trump during his 2024 campaign. Framing Iran as a global menace, Netanyahu argued the regime’s actions were driven by Trump’s staunch opposition to their nuclear ambitions, delivering a stark warning about the stakes of inaction. “These people who chant, ‘Death to America,’ tried to assassinate President Trump twice,” Netanyahu declared, pressing his case for retaliatory strikes against Iran following a weekend of missile exchanges between the two nations. He painted a chilling picture, asking, “Do you want these people to have nuclear weapons and the means to deliver them to your cities?” before answering his own question: “Of course not. So we’re defending ourselves, but we’re also defending the world.” ... The current Iranian government is a hostile power out to destroy both Isra...
