Trump vs. Venezuelan gangs

The Supreme Court will become involved in the dispute over whether President Donald Trump can use the 18th-century Alien Enemies Act to expel alleged members of a Venezuelan gang, according to Attorney General Pam Bondi.

"We are in modern day warfare," Bondi told Fox News host Maria Baritromo Sunday. "They have invaded our country, TDA, Tren de Aragua. They are organized, they have a command structure. They are sending money to each other throughout the country and out of the country back to support their terrorist actions. It's modern day warfare, and we are going to continue to fight that and protect American citizens every single step of the way."

She also labeled Chief Judge James Boasberg of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia as an "out-of-control judge" for his examination of the administration's use of the centuries-old wartime law, as well as his push to determine if the administration defied his order to turn around planes carrying the suspected gang members out of the country.

Keeping the Venezuelan gangs in the US makes no sense to most Americans.  Judge Boasberg's order makes no sense to most Americans. Tren de Aragua is a Venezuelan criminal organization that should not be allowed to operate in the US.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014. When the Congressional Budget Office crunched Obamacare's spending numbers, they estimated that only 7% of employees currently covered by employer-sponsored plans would lose their plans. ... Drones appear to be replacing jets for many operations.  The Russia-Ukraine war is an example of that.  Drones are often hard to detect and can be used for intelligence operations as well as for attacking enemy targets.  It would not surprise me to see drones engaging other drones in combat.  They also cost much less than manned fighters.
