The Thursday order from the U.S. Court of Appeals in the District of Columbia sets oral arguments to take place at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 30. The three judges on the panel who made the decision were all appointed by either former President Barack Obama or President Joe Biden.

The case is likely to make its way to the Supreme Court.

This looks like a Congressional attempt at a fishing expedition about the Jan. 6 riots.
