Organized crime syndicates are behind spate of California 'smash and grab' heists - and are paying gangs between $500 and $1,000 to swipe specific items at luxury stores in LA and San Francisco - experts say
They are apparently reselling the items over the internet. If the FBI were doing its job instead of chasing Project Veritas and Trump supporters, it should be able to break the fence operations of a crime syndicate.
