Democrats blame the mythical 'white supremacist' for losing

If there's any sign that Democrats will not learn from the 2021 election, just read this piece from FiveThirtyEight. It feeds into the ongoing narrative that white supremacy was the reason for the Democratic Party's drumming, not that the party has gone way off the deep end on—everything. We all know that it's about the narrative, not the facts. We know this from past false liberal narratives that have been torched to death. On this, Democrats have known for years that they need to reach out better to rural voters. They can't ignore small-town America. You can't just win with just the cities, and suburban voters can and will vote for Republicans when Democrats become insane. Democrats are so besotted by CRT that they actually believe "white supremacy" has an electoral following in America.  White supremacy has not been a real issue for decades and it is certainly not why the party that freed the slaves' votes for black Republicans.  This has to be one of the dumbest takes and excuses by Democrats who were the original party of white supremacy.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014. When the Congressional Budget Office crunched Obamacare's spending numbers, they estimated that only 7% of employees currently covered by employer-sponsored plans would lose their plans. ...
