Biden and Democrats drove up gas prices to force people on 'green' energy

The White House on Friday said that rising gas prices proved that the federal government should spend more on green energy.

“The rise in gas prices over the long term makes an even stronger case for doubling down our investment and our focus on clean energy options,” White House press secretary Jen Psaki said during the daily briefing.

Psaki acknowledged that the White House had suspended oil and gas leases on federal lands, but clarified that existing leases were still able to produce.

She blamed market fluctuations driven by OPEC for rising gas prices and repeated that the Biden administration would continue monitoring any cases of possible price gouging by energy companies.

By taking new leases off the market the Biden administration reduced the supply of oil driving up the price and giving OPEC the ability to control the market again.  They did this on purpose to force Americans to accept the inefficient and unreliable green energy projects that Biden's Big Green friends want.  This is a deliberate attempt to hurt American consumers to push the Big Green agenda.  It will significantly harm the US economy and national security and do little to nothing to change the climate.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014.
