The SEAL Team six operation in Pakistan to kill bin Laden

More on the SEAL Team Six operation:

The SEALs were originally founded early in the Kennedy administration against the wishes of many in the Navy at the time.  They were originally made up of veterans from the Underwater Demolition Team, but their missions were to extend beyond the waters edge.  I recently read First SEAL by Roy Boehm.  It is an interesting read, especially his operations with South Vietnamese units during the war in Vietnam.  Kennedy had to directly intervene to stop court martial proceedings against Boehm by those in the Navy who opposed his formation of the SEAL units.
