Sarah Palin signs books in Texas

Dallas Morning News:

Hundreds of Sarah Palin supporters lined up in the cold this morning, and some overnight, at a Plano bookstore where she will sign her new book today.

Supporters drove from as far away as Houston and Oklahoma to see Palin, but first in line were David Ryan Lutz and David Charles Lutz, a father and son who slept in their car outside the store.

Tickets to the book signing sold out in two days, according to the bookstore, and some ticketholders were selling their passes on Craigslist, with prices ranging from $30 to $500.

The AP covered her appearance at Fort Hood where she got a "hero's welcome." While at Fort Hood Palin donated $10,000 to a fund to help victims of Hasan's mass murder for Allah attack.

First in line to greet Palin was Larry Sharp of Brenham who spent the night outside in a chair with a blanket over him.
