Russia accused of destroying food warehouses in Ukraine city

 According to the Washington Examiner:

Russian forces have destroyed all the food stocks in one Ukrainian city as their offensive in the eastern part of the country escalates, according to a local official.

The governor of the Luhansk region in Donbas said on Thursday that all food warehouses in the city of Sievierodonetsk have been leveled by Russian troops. Residents in the city who have not evacuated will now only be able to receive food through humanitarian aid, according to Luhansk's governor, which could be difficult to obtain given Russia's continued bombardment of the region.

This looks like another war crime by the Russian army and is likely an attempt to make the people dependent on Russians for food as a way for controlling the people.
