Gen. Jack Keane: Putin is fighting to stay in power


Watch this all the way through.  Toward the end, Gen. Keane discusses the heavy damage the war has done to Russia's war machine and the impact of the sanctions on Russia's ability to rebuild.  He also says how corruption is hampering their efforts.
