Hydrogen powered drone taxi has range of 400 miles and payload of 1,000 pounds

Daily Mail:

Makers of the oversized-drone say it will take up to ten years for a fleet of taxis to be operational but hopes they can be used in emergencies beforehand

US-based firm Alaka'i Technologies revealed its Skai vehicle which is inspired by current drones and powered by hydrogen fuel cells. It can take off and land vertically and has a range of 400 miles.
Competitors are using batteries which limits their payload and range.  If approved these craft could also be potential life savors although they could not carry some of the equipment used in more traditional ambulances.  I suspect that some of the wealthy in L might want one to avoid traffic delays.
