Media still pushing Russian effort of Facebook even though many ads were after the election

The chances that blacks were influenced by this operation is remote. If there was a decrease in black turnout for the election is was probably related to the uninspiring candidate the Democrats ran and the attempt by Democrats to demonize Trump.
