Does ISIS still have most of the loot it stole from Iraq and Syria?

Washington Post:
Retreating ISIS army smuggled a fortune out of Iraq and Syria to finance future resurgence

The Islamic State is sitting on a mountain of stolen cash and gold that its leaders stashed away to finance terrorist operations and ensure the organization’s survival years into the future.
When ISIS lost its territory, its survivors largely disbursed.  It lost its ability to mass forces and control territory.  What it retained was a willingness to inflict casualties in raids and terrorist attacks.  It apparently has looted resources which will help them with their now more limited role.

If ISIS has a 'mountain' of cash and gold, it would be easy to locate and take from them.  They probably are limited to what they can carry as they try to avoid being killed or captured.

The remnants of ISIS still want to destroy all who disagree with their weird beliefs so they are a danger to strike and inspire strikes, but none of their recent attacks suggest they are spending a huge amount of resources.
