Poor probably suffer the most from anti police bias

NY Times:

F.B.I. Chief Links Scrutiny of Police With Rise in Crime

James B. Comey, the F.B.I. director, said he had a “strong sense” that scrutiny of the police has emboldened criminals.
The murder rate in minority neighborhoods has gone up as police have pulled back because of the liberal assault on law enforcement.  The so called reform efforts that lead to lighter sentencing will also mean more violent criminals are back on the street, which will inevitably mean more crime.  California is already seeing this trend.  The incompetence of the political establishment in cities like Baltimore and Chicago  has also led to rampant crime and New York is also suffering under liberal retreat from law enforcement.
