What to do with NLRB

Despite Veto Threat, U.S. House Votes To Freeze Obama’s Constitutionally-Challenged NLRB 
As Congress votes to curtail the NLRB, Obama pushes a budget increase for the rogue agency
I think the best way to handle this agency is not funding any activity that is taking place in a constitutionally suspect manner.  Stop funding the appointees who were not approved by the Senate and stop funding any hearings that they may participate in.
