Outrage as Swaziland MP suggests branding the buttocks of HIV sufferers to promote safe sex

I have to admit it is an interesting idea, but I doubt it is either politically or practically possible. Even if there was a more humane way to "brand" those with the infectious disease, some would slip through the cracks and still spread the infection. Until these cultures reject promiscuity, they are going to continue to have a problem.
