Law Schools try to get federal money and still discriminate against the Department of Defense

Law schools that do not like the don't ask don't tell policy of the Defense Department still want to get federal funds.

The schools are making the bogus claim that the requirement to let military recruiters on campus in order to get federal funds violates academic freedom. This is a silly argument. There is no requirement that the schools take the federal funding. If they do not like the policy, do not take the money.
