Tax cut strategy

Dick Morris says the latest tax cuts put the Dems in a bind in 2004. Because of sunset provisions, many of the cuts expire in the presidential election year. Failure to renew them can properly be called a tax increase. It will be hard for Dems to win on a platform of raising taxes, yet many will have to do that to get nominated.
