Desperate for tourist
In an act that can only be described as desperate, French and German tourism officials have told their countrymen to be nice to Americans.
"Mr. Pérol, the director general of Maison de la France, a travel trade organization, recently hauled 300 hotel directors and others into a vast hall under the Louvre to preach the benefits of, well, simply being nice."
