The accused in this case has a prior conviction of a felony, and the law he is charged under makes the possession of a weapon illegal.  It is a novel idea, but I doubt it has much chance of success.

This looks like more evidence of Trump and Musk derangement syndrome on the left.  There are not enough psychologists in the country to deal with this many crazy people. No wonder Musk is asking about Secret Service protection.
