Biden's migrant hypocrisy

 Red States:

Predictably, the mainstream media and elitist Democrats are teeming with fauxtrage in the aftermath of both Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and Florida Gov Ron DeSantis sending migrants to Vice President Kamala Harris’ doorstep and Martha’s Vineyard respectively just days after Harris falsely declared on national TV that the border was “secure.”

Left out of most media “reports” on this issue, however, is how the Biden administration has for the last year and a half or so actually been guilty of the supposed crime Abbott and Texas are – dumping migrants across the country in the dead of night mostly in already-overwhelmed red states and reportedly with little to no notice or explanations given to local and state officials.

In a nutshell, Abbott’s and DeSantis’ reactions – as well as that of Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey – have been to respond accordingly by returning the favor and sending illegal immigrants to so-called “sanctuary cities” that are run by Democrats.

At a Thursday presser, DeSantis further explained his position on busing migrants, unequivocally stating that Florida was not a “sanctuary state” and noting that it was a grotesque failure of leadership that President Biden has such weak border security policies, which puts border states like Florida and Texas in situations that leave them little choice but to bus them elsewhere. Further, he called out the hypocrisy of sanctuary city and state Democrats, pointing out that when the rubber meets the road on the issue that “their virtue signaling” on being so welcoming and accommodating to illegal immigrants “is a fraud.” The burden of taking care of illegal immigrants, he went on to say, should not just fall on a handful of states....

If all the migrants were sent to Deleware the border fence would be completed and the border Patrol would be significantly increased.  I applaud sending them to liberal meccas to let them share in diversity.
