George Floyd Died of Health Complications from a Fentanyl Overdose — He Was Not Murdered By Minneapolis Police
The Chief Medical Examiner for Hennepin County found that Floyd died from toxicity from Fentanyl and not from the officer's knee on his neck.  The Fentanyl was the cause of his inability to breathe.
