Trump supporters reject liberal media's assertions about his record

NY Times:

Trump’s Fights Are Their Fights. They Have His Back Unapologetically.

Many supporters of President Trump said in interviews that he had succeeded on issues that matter to them. And they dismissed as unimportant the behavior that critics say makes him unfit for office.
The NY Times accused the GOP of rewriting history on the first day of its convention

The Republicans Promised Uplift and Then Tried to Rewrite History

On the first night of the party’s convention, President Trump painted a rosy portrait of his handling of the virus, and speakers warned of what they believe a Biden administration could bring.

This is coming from the same paper that pushed the Russian collusion hoax.  It should be no wonder that Republicans reject their view of Trump and his supporters.  While the Times bitterly clings to it Pulitizer won with the false allegations of Russian collusion, it is also trying to rewrite history to support its leftist agenda.  By doing so, its own credibility is damaged.

I thought the first night of the GOP convention was terrific.  It reflected my own views of the Democrats.  It gives good reasons for voting against Democrats and the media that wrongly supports them.  Hershal Walker made a strong case against the knowingly false allegations of racism against the President.  Sen. Tim Scott was terrific.  Vernon Jones was great.
