I would not get too tied up in the semantics of whether this was a wiretap or some other form of surveillance. The fact is that calls are being recorded and the transcripts are finding their way to reporters pushing the Democrat agenda. Perhaps it is just the NSA sweeping up all calls and sifting through them to find things and Obama operatives within the government releasing portions of those calls to the NY Times and Washington Post.
