It depends on what you mean by wiretapping?

It seems clear that someone has been releasing the transcripts of phone calls between Mike Flynn and the Russian Ambassador, as well as transcripts of Trump's calls with the leaders of Mexico and Australia.  Perhaps it is just the NSA sweeping up all calls and sifting through them to find things and Obama operatives within the government releasing portions of those calls to the NY Times and Washington Post.

I would not get too tied up in the semantics of whether this was a wiretap or some other form of surveillance.  The fact is that calls are being recorded and the transcripts are finding their way to reporters pushing the Democrat agenda.  Whatever one chooses to call it, it is clearly illegal conduct that needs to be stopped and the perps prosecuted.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014.
