Governor Says Puerto Rico’s Debts Are ‘Not Payable’

Gov. Alejandro García Padilla, saying he needs to pull the island out of a “death spiral,” has concluded that the commonwealth cannot pay its roughly $72 billion in debts.
Both demonstrate the end game when liberal spending policies lead to running out of other people's money.  Illinois is another state that has spent itself into dysfunction.  These are examples of where unrestrained Democrat policies lead.  It is where Obama has been trying to take the US.  Senate Democrats are threatening to shutdown the government if they can't spend more on their vote buying schemes.
