Union pickets fail at Walmart

Walmart Boasts Black Friday Success Amid Union-Backed Worker Protests

The unions problem is that they were actually picketing against the Walmart customers who like the current business model.   The did not bother to show up during my visits to the super center in Brenham.  I think Walmart's biggest problem after black Friday is going to be restocking.  In the electronics department alone they had virtually no televisions left by midday Friday.

IBD reports that only 50 Walmart employees waled off the job nationwide.  Meanwhile the company reports selling 1.3 million TVs.  They had similar numbers for toys and towels.
