Another Iranian nuclear scientist killed

An Iranian nuclear scientist has been shot dead in the capital, Tehran, Iranian media sources have said.

The scientist, who has not yet been named, was shot outside his home, the Isna news agency reported, adding that his wife was wounded in the attack.

In 2010, nuclear scientist Massoud Ali Mohammadi was killed by a remote-controlled bomb in Tehran.

In November last year, another Iranian scientist was killed in an attack in Tehran.

Being an Iranian nuclear scientist is as dangerous as being al Qaeda's number three. The life expectancy continues to shrink for both groups. Since both are involved in plots to mass murder non combatants it is not too surprising that potential victims may try to stop them.
