NY Times labors under the false assumption that there is something in the UN worth reforming while it continues to virtually ignore the largest corruption scandal in the history of the world
The paper also falsely charges that Ambassador Bolten was "Congessionally unacceptable" complete ignoring the Democrats bad faith attacks and prevention of a vote that he would have been approved under. This rank dishonesty on the part of the Times is consistent with their vain belief that the UN is a valuable organization. Recent history has shown that it is too currupt and dishonest to accomplish anything other than wasting time and money.
We should start over with an organization with membership limited to functioning democracies.
