Powerful typhoon hits northern Vietnam

No word yet on how President Bush may have caused it, but Mike Brown has an airtight alibi. He was being grilled at the time by Congressmen who seemed to think he was responsible for everything that went wrong after Hurricane Katrina hit Mississippi and caused levees to break in New Orleans.

Brown refused to accept his role as the designated scapegoat pointing out that most of the problems stemmed from the failure to evacuate everyone from New Orleans, which is the job of state and local officials.
