Major Garrett of Fox News had more on the state refusing to allow aid to city
Garrett's report this evening had an interview with a spokesman from the Red Cross that confirmed that state officials refused to let them take aid into the city in order to coerce people to evacuate. The Salvation Army also confired this report.
If this is true, and the state has not denied it, then the storyline of FEMA failures to render aid may just be a desperate attempt by Democrats to cover up callous behavior on the part of state officials.
If so, it is right out of the Democrat Party playbook. Avoid responsibility and loudly blame someone else. The more egregious their error the louder they yell.
