Trump should find those responsible for this and turn it over to DOJ

Image
Dreamy @dreamy12122 · 21h The U.S. sent $2.7 TRILLION in Medicare & Medicaid funds overseas to ineligible recipients. THAT'S 8% OF OUR NATIONAL DEBT! Do you support Kash Patel to investigate this? Yes or No Why aren't those responsible for this spending held accountable? This looks like theft of US taxpayers.

Supreme Court reins in activist District Court Judges

Trending Politics: The Supreme Court unanimously decided on Thursday to limit environmental reviews for major infrastructure projects in a case that will have sweeping impacts on President Donald Trump’s energy agenda. In a move that will restrict power of federal judges, Thursday’s decision reduces the scope of reviews under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) to focus solely on immediate impacts. Under NEPA, federal agencies are required to study any potentially significant environmental consequences of federal permits for infrastructure projects. “NEPA does not allow courts, ‘under the guise of judicial review’ of agency compliance with NEPA, to delay or block agency projects based on the environmental effects of other projects separate from the project at hand,” Justice Brett Kavanaugh wrote in the court’s opinion. “Courts should afford substantial deference and should not micromanage those agency choices so long as they fall within a broad zone of reasonableness,” t...

Trump tariffs lead to better deals for US companies despite Court decision

Townhall: Two courts ruled against the tariff policy enacted by President Donald J. Trump. On Wednesday, the U.S. Court of International Trade ruled that Trump’s tariff policy was unlawful, blocking a central tenet of the president’s agenda on the economy and trade. The Liberation Day reciprocal tariffs led to scores of nations lining up to renegotiate their deals. We’ve already inked our new one with the United Kingdom. D.C. District Court Judge Rudolph Contreras also ruled earlier today that the tariff policy was illegal, though he stayed his decision for 14 days to allow for the appeals process. Yet, before the anti-Trump clown could celebrate, a federal appeals court, the full 11-member panel, stayed the ruling from the Court of International Trade, allowing for the tariffs to remain in place for now—a significant win (via NY Post ).... ... The tariffs were an effective way to get better deals from trading partners and they still are despite the attempts of courts.  The ...

Hamas fear of Trump

Matt Margolis: Omer Shem Tov spent 505 days in hell. Hamas kidnapped the 22-year-old Israeli on October 7, 2023, and held him in Gaza for nearly a year and a half, much of it in a pitch-black underground cell where Hamas starved him, isolated him, and forced him to dig tunnels for his captors. But in a new interview with CNN’s Bianna Golodryga, Shem Tov revealed more than just the horrors of his captivity. He gave a rare glimpse into the political calculus of the terrorists who held him and their reaction when Donald Trump returned to power. “At first,” Shem Tov recalled, “they were spitting on me, cursing me. I was starving. They gave me two pieces of pita bread a day. Then it got worse — by the end, I was getting one biscuit and a few sips of salty water. I dropped from 176 pounds to 121.” He went 80 days without a shower. “There were times I thought I was blind,” he said. “It was so dark, I couldn’t see my own hand in front of my face.” But then something changed. And it change...

Bongino discovers secret Comey files

PJ Media: In a stunning interview on “Fox & Friends” on Thursday, former Secret Service agent and current Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino dropped a bombshell that could reignite scrutiny of the FBI under former Director James Comey. Bongino revealed that his team recently uncovered previously hidden FBI documents from Comey’s tenure — and the details could be explosive. “Because of Jim Comey, because he cannot control himself and his emotions. He is a child. He is a big child,” Bongino said, blasting the former FBI director. “Jim Comey, who wants you to belie — Jim Comey taking a shot at the president, ‘Oh, look at me, I’m such a victim. The president’s going after me.’ He’s making a ton of money on this book. The only person that got prosecuted was the president. Uh, Jim Comey, we’re finding stuff even now.” According to Bongino, while recent leadership changes have sparked internal cooperation at the FBI, that hasn’t stopped disturbing discoveries tied directly to the Comey...

Iran's desire to kill Israelis

NY Times: As Trump Seeks Iran Deal, Israel Again Raises Possible Strikes on Nuclear Sites Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, wary of a diplomatic solution to curbing Iran’s nuclear program, continues to press for military action that would upend President Trump’s push for a negotiated deal. Iran's irrational hatred of Jews should not be ignored.  Israel has a right to defend itself and should not have to rely on Iran honoring a deal. Trump should be wary of anything the current Iranian government says. See also: Netanyahu Threatening To Upend US-Iran Talks By Attacking Iran The report said that the threat from Israel led to a recent tense phone call between Netanyahu and President Trump… And:  Trump’s Bold Diplomacy in Action President Donald Trump demonstrated his knack for high-stakes diplomacy by personally intervening to prevent escalation in the volatile Middle East. On Wednesday, he confirmed at a White House press briefing that he urged Israeli Prime Minister Benj...

Witness accused of lying about Russian collusion

Blaze: Newly declassified records reportedly show that a key figure in the Crossfire Hurricane investigation lied to Congress about her involvement in the scheme to accuse Donald Trump of Russian collusion during his first presidential campaign. The documents were released by Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa as a part of the Senate Judiciary Committee probe into the origins of the collusion narrative. The FBI analysis from 2019 was declassified at Grassley's request, through his role as the chair of the Judiciary Committee. It documents the evidence that Nellie Ohr, researcher for Fusion GPS, had lied during sworn testimony before Congress about the opposition research firm that had been hired by the Democratic National Committee as well as the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign. ... Grassley said the FBI analysis concluded that Ohr had lied but that the DOJ declined to prosecute her at the time. He also claimed the FBI prevented agents from "reviewing all relevant in...

More evidence of the awfulness of the Democrats

Blaze: Jake Tapper just got to personally experience the Democrat Party’s vitriol. While on tour promoting his new book with Alex Thompson, “Original Sin,” the CNN anchor was roasted on a “left-leaning podcast” about his 15-year-old son’s career aspirations. ... “I went on a left-leaning podcast that shall remain nameless, and we were talking about my kids … and they asked me about my son, and I said, you know, he’s a football player and he wants to be a policeman,” Tapper told Galloway. “And their joke was … ‘Oh, well, how does he feel about minorities?’ Like the idea that he wants to be a policeman, therefore he’s racist,” he recounted. “And then I got dragged in the comments and all that stuff.” “I thought to myself, this is why you f*****g are losing elections! Like my football-playing son who has no political views … you’re deciding he’s a racist because he wants to be a cop, and why does he want to be a cop? He wants to be a cop because he wants to help people,” Tapper conti...

Schools ridiculous response to student's T shirt saying thee are only 2 genders

DC Daily Journal: ... Liam Morrison, a then-12-year-old student, found himself at the center of a First Amendment battle when his Middleborough school banned his t-shirt stating, “There are only two genders.” As he explained in a video premiered in October 2023, “Like my teachers and principal, I have my own opinions, and I have a right to express those opinions even at school. This right is called free speech. It’s protected by the First Amendment to the Constitution.” When the principal deemed the shirt’s message potentially disruptive, insisting it “might make some students feel unsafe,” Liam was asked to change or leave school. Undeterred, he later wore a shirt reading, “There are [censored] genders” to protest the censorship, only to face another ban. The Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), representing Liam, argued in their Supreme Court petition that “L.M. sought to participate in his school’s marketplace of ideas and address sociopolitical matters in a passive, silent, and u...

Austria exposes more on Iran nuclear program

Federalist Wire: A new Austrian intelligence report has raised alarms by asserting that Iran is actively advancing its nuclear weapons program, directly challenging U.S. assessments and highlighting Tehran’s dangerous pursuit of regional dominance. The Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution, Austria’s equivalent of the FBI, stated, “In order to assert and enforce its regional political power ambitions, the Islamic Republic of Iran is striving for comprehensive rearmament, with nuclear weapons to make the regime immune to attack and to expand and consolidate its dominance in the Middle East and beyond.” This revelation, coupled with the report’s claim that “The Iranian nuclear weapons development program is well advanced, and Iran possesses a growing arsenal of ballistic missiles capable of delivering nuclear warheads over long distances,” paints a troubling picture of Iran’s unchecked aggression, undermining hopes for diplomatic resolutions. Contrasting U.S. Intelli...

Trump sweetens the offer to make Canada 51st state

Blaze: The president said that he had sweetened the pot by proposing that Canada could save billions of dollars that they would otherwise have to pay in order to obtain defense under a missile dome proposal. "I told Canada, which very much wants to be part of our fabulous Golden Dome System, that it will cost $61 Billion Dollars if they remain a separate, but unequal, Nation, but will cost ZERO DOLLARS if they become our cherished 51st State," Trump wrote. ... Whether Canada would be worth it to the rest of the US is still an open question. Its voters are way too liberal in my opinion, and that would wind up weakening the US.  See also: Is Canada Now Interested in Becoming the 51st State?

The Dem Senator involved in Biden autopen scandal

Trending Politics: The Trump administration’s top artificial intelligence authority claimed on Tuesday that he has discovered the identity of a Democratic U.S. senator who reportedly “controlled” the White House’s use of the autopen at the center of a growing scandal around former President Joe Biden. David Sacks, President Donald Trump’s AI czar, told Fox News’ Jesse Watters that he believes the results of his investigation will show that one of the most progressive voices in the Senate was responsible for attaching Biden’s artificial signature to dozens or hundreds of executive orders that President Donald Trump claims should be invalidated as a result. “Elizabeth Warren controlled the autopen during that administration,” said the Trump advisor, adding that the Massachusetts senator has a “pathological hatred of the crypto community” and wanted to “drive this community offshore.” ... Was Biden actually aware of what was going on with the autopen?  I kind of doubt it. ...

Rubio wrote on 𝕏: “For too long, Americans have been fined, harassed, and even charged by foreign authorities for exercising their free speech rights.” “Today, I am announcing a new visa restriction policy that will apply to foreign officials and persons who are complicit in censoring Americans. Free speech is essential to the American way of life – a birthright over which foreign governments have no authority.” “Foreigners who work to undermine the rights of Americans should not enjoy the privilege of traveling to our country.  Whether in Latin America, Europe, or elsewhere, the days of passive treatment for those who work to undermine the rights of Americans are over.” Rubio is doing an amazing job.
