Biden's lawfare attacks on Trump
Former President Donald Trump took to Truth Social on Saturday to raise concerns about what he calls "lawfare" actions of a sitting president and their potential illegality.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump wrote: "At what point are the actions of a sitting President, using LAWFARE against his opponent for purposes of Election Interference, considered ILLEGAL? I believe, as do various highly respected legal scholars, that Crooked Joe Biden has long since crossed over that very sacred threshold!!!"
George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley recently voiced similar concerns in a televised interview, noting that while some New Yorkers enjoyed the spectacle of indicting Trump, critics saw it as a sign of a declining legal system.

Biden sees his own polling numbers and responds with an attempt to criminalize his opponent rather than justify his own positions. It is a sign of the weakness of Biden's own positions.
