Massive caravan of migrants trying to take advantage of Biden border bungle

A mass caravan of migrants headed towards America’s southern border was recently filmed chanting, “Biden, Biden!”. Millions of people from countries all over the world have received a loud and clear message – get to America while you can. After all, our current administration have introduced a Golden Era of illegal immigration.

For example, the number of Chinese nationals caught at the southern border has increased by more than 7,000 per cent since 2021.

These foreigners know that if you reach America’s border, you will be released into the country with an increasingly negligible chance of deportation. A ‘sanctuary city’ is just a bus-ride away; if you’re lucky, you might even be put up in a luxury hotel.

A recent report from the House Judiciary Committee revealed that 99 per cent of the more than 2.1 million illegal immigrants that Biden released into the country have been allowed to stay. This massive, undeterred wave of illegal immigration comes at a steep cost for American citizens.

The cost of providing healthcare, education, welfare, and other public services to illegal immigrants that have entered the US since 2021 totals around $150 billion a year, according to a report from the Federation for American Immigration Reform.

Imagine what those billions of taxpayer dollars could instead be used for: cleaning up America’s lawless streets (if San Francisco’s transformation approaching President Xi’s visit is anything to go by, it’s certainly possible), helping the swelling ranks of homeless Americans turn their lives around, or providing quality care for our struggling veterans.

But the cost is more than just financial.

It’s not just people freely flowing across Biden’s open border – it’s drugs, too. The quantity of deadly fentanyl crossing the southern border has increased 462 per cent since 2020. There’s now enough fentanyl coming into the US ever month to kill every single American man, woman, and child.

Tens of thousands of Americans continue to die every year from drugs that are manufactured in China and dealt through Mexico. Drugs, of course, are not the only deadly consequence of an open border. A record number of terror watch list members have crossed through Mexico into America during Biden’s tenure. A recent Inspector General report revealed that in 2022, one such suspect was accidentally released into the country and went uncaptured for two weeks.

Biden's irresponsible border policy is a threat to US national security and to the economy.  It is worthy of his impeachment.  It makes absolutely no sense.  It is another reason why Americans should vote for Trump in 2024.
