In the southern Kherson region, the pattern seen in eastern Ukraine is repeating: Russia’s withdrawal yields evidence of possible war crimes.
The Russian casus belli was to root out Nazis, and it turns out they were the ones acting like Nazis. Unfortunately, it is unlikely that they will ever be prosecuted for these crimes because there is no likelihood that the Russian government will be overthrown.
