I suspect there is more to this than a broken jar of salsa

Texas gas station clerk arrested after shooting man who broke jar of salsa

Breanna Miranda was arrested and charged after she got a gun out of her car and opened fire on the man

 Miranda told a man he was not allowed in the store. This prompted a verbal altercation, and the man then broke a jar of salsa inside the store before walking outside.

She proceeded to follow the man outside, grabbed a handgun from her vehicle and returned to the store.

Miranda then walked back outside and confronted the man again before shooting at him twice.

There was no explanation of why she felt the man was not allowed in the store.  We may have to wait for her attorney to explain that.  The shooting happened in Atascocita, Texas just north of Houston.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014.
