 NY Times:

Inflation Stays Strong, Showing Stubbornly Rising U.S. Prices

Consumer prices rose 8.2 percent in the year through September, in a report that dashes hopes that inflation in the U.S. may be slowing down.

Inflation has been a problem ever since the Democrats' response to the pandemic led to huge government spending.  The Biden administration and the Democrats added to the problem with another spending bill they falsely labeled as the Inflation Reduction Act.  It clearly was not.
