Ex-CIA director predicts ‘terrible, painful retreat’ for Russia is too late for Russia to mobilize for war in Ukraine


Putin is no longer able to recover from the disaster he precipitated in Ukraine.  His troops' morale is shot and he is running out of any reserve forces.
