'Climate change' leads to fewer hurricanes this year so far

Report: No named Atlantic hurricanes through nearly all of July and August, first time since 1941
August will likely finish as the first in 25 years with no named hurricanes.
There are a few disturbances in the Atlantic now, but they have not developed into a hurricane that has made landfall so far.
