Supreme court to review 'Affirmative Racism' cases

Supreme Court to consider Harvard and UNC affirmative action policies

Racism in the selection process can't go on forever.  It is time for a review of that subject.  Affirmative action many times puts people in a situation that is difficult for them while excluding some who would do better.
