The defund the police movement is making cities less safe

It is good to see others speaking out about the dangers of the defunding push by the left in this country. They are going to make their citizens less safe.

What happened in Chicago also upset the neighborhoods where BLM tried to protest.  In a largely black neighborhood, they were told to leave.
“If you ain’t from Englewood, get the f–k out of here,” longtime local resident Darryl Smith shouted at protesters during tense confrontations.
“Y’all don’t come out when a kid gets shot. Y’all come out when it’s got something to do with the f—ing police,” he yelled through a loudspeaker, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
“If your issue is with the police, take it to 35th and Michigan,” he shouted, referring to Chicago police HQ. “Don’t come in Englewood with it.”
That is the truth.  When the kids are killed BLM does not think it matters because the people doing the killing are who they are really trying to protect from the police.  They are a criminal support operation that gets excited when something happens to a criminal in the custody of the police or to a criminal resisting arrest.  Other than that they are a Marxist organization trying to overthrow the capitalist system which has created great wealth for this country, including blacks.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014. When the Congressional Budget Office crunched Obamacare's spending numbers, they estimated that only 7% of employees currently covered by employer-sponsored plans would lose their plans. ...
