Brownsville, Texas has some tacos for you

Brownsville has its troubles, but it’s also starting to draw attention for its thriving collection of distinctive taquerias.
I lived about 20 miles north of Brownsville when I was in high school in San Benito.  I was introduced to tacos shortly after we moved to that city and have been a fan ever since.  While tacos were first described to me as similar to a hamburger, they are usually less loaded with calories.
