Brownsville, Texas has some tacos for you
NY Times:
I lived about 20 miles north of Brownsville when I was in high school in San Benito. I was introduced to tacos shortly after we moved to that city and have been a fan ever since. While tacos were first described to me as similar to a hamburger, they are usually less loaded with calories.
Brownsville has its troubles, but it’s also starting to draw attention for its thriving collection of distinctive taquerias.
