Obama's dithering response to dealing with Norks

Obama to See if North Korea Should Return to Terror List

President Obama said he would “review” whether to return North Korea to the list, part of a broader government response to a damaging cyber attack on Sony’s Hollywood studio.

This appears to be typical indecisiveness on the part of Obama.  The facts are already known about what happened and how they did it.  Put them on the state sponsor of terrorism list.  They are the ones who said they would attack theaters who showed the movie.  I get the impression that after the attack on Pearl Harbor Obama would want a study of what to do about Japan.  After six years in office he still is not very good at the basic functions of his office.
