Public Sector Cuts Part-Time Shifts to Duck Insurance Law

Cities, counties and public schools — lacking the option of passing along increased costs to consumers — are drawing a line at 30 hours.
In effect Obamacare is cutting wages for many people by roughly 25 percent when an employer has to cut work time to avoid an expense it cannot afford.  This is the main reason Obama and Democrats are pushing to raise the minimum wage for many people effected by this aspect of Obamacare.
