Impeachment is not an option

The problem is that for an impeachment proceeding to be effective there must be a loss of political support for the President among those in his own party. That is what happened to Nixon. Democrats don't really care if Obama enforces the healthcare law or the immigration law. They are complicit in his unconstitutional acts so at this point an impeachment effort would be futile and counter productive.
